Foreword

We entered this century with established principles for peace and progress based on multilateralism, scientific and technological advances and the economies of the world generating wealth at a near unprecedented rate.

My Life

I am Vidya Salunke. I am from Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, and I came to Mumbai after I got married. I live here in a one-room chawl with my husband, our two children, my mother-in-law, my husband’s sister and her son. For the most part, we are happy here.
